To qualify for a refund you must fulfill the following requirements:
- You must contact our Returns department within 45 days of placing your order to request an RA number. All packages without an RA number will be refused.
- You must have received a RA (Return Authorization) Number from our returns department. Please email returns@ghchealth.com or call: 800-476-0016.
- Send us all remains or unused portions of your Slimirex® bottle including any unopened bottles that you may have purchased. Instructions for sending the product back will be sent to you along with your RA number.
- The product must be received into our facility any time on or within 60 days from the purchase date.
- You will be refunded the full amount of the Slimirex® or receive a replacment product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Packages must be received with an RA number or will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
NOTE: RA# MUST BE BOLDLY DISPLAYED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE OR IT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
